About Sydra

Welcome! I am both nervous and excited to be embarking on this journey with you. Writing has always been a passion of mine and for years I have gone back and forth about whether or not I wanted to share my thoughts, feelings, life, viewpoints, and passions with the world. I am stepping out of my comfort zone. I guess that’s where the nervousness and excitement comes into play.

I am originally from West Palm Beach, Florida. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s of science degree in marketing and attended Florida Institute of Technology, graduating with a master’s degree in marketing management. I am deeply committed to helping girls be resilient so they can thrive in their relationships with God and life. I love the Lord, my family, and friends. Welcome!
